Order Processing Time

Order closing time is at 5:00 PM (EST) every day.

Processing Time: Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days (Monday – Saturday) after successful payment confirmation.

Shipping Time: For Standard Orders: Delivery time is 7-15 business days (depending on your location).

Due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or customs delays, delivery times are estimates only. We do our best to give you the best estimate based on the information we have, but we cannot promise an exact delivery date.

Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping Fee: $6.99 for all orders.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a shipping tracking number. You can track the delivery status directly on the shipping partner’s website.

Notes on receiving goods

Please check the delivery information carefully before placing your order to ensure the address is correct and complete.

Upon receiving the goods, if you find any signs of damage on the package, you have the right to refuse to accept it or ask the delivery staff to make a confirmation report for us to handle.

Can I change the delivery address?

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?: To change your delivery address, you need to contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee the change.
